You as an Billing Specialist will:
Review complex rental contracts, billing packages, and supporting documentation for accuracy prior to invoicing.
Analyze billings for correct rates, terms, equipment descriptions, part numbers, job numbers, and site details.
Identify billing discrepancies & work proactively with Operations, Rentals, Sales, & AR Manager to resolve issues.
Review and approve division-submitted billing adjustments and credit requests, escalating items as required.
Lead recurring discussions with Division Leaders, Rental Coordinators, and Operations teams to address billing issues, training gaps, and recurring errors.
