Job Description

                    Job Summary

The Call Flow Specialist 1 helps to enhance the efficiency of business processes. Managing and submitting invoices for billing.

Essential Functions:

Scrubbing calls for billing
Create/Submit AFQ
Submit invoices to customers via TPS, mail, etc.
Review prior days calls for completion
Close calls in TPS
Manage TPS invoice rejections and approvals
Gather missing documentation from field personal that is persistent to billing
Submit invoices to Account Managers as specified by the Customer SOP for review Other Functions
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
