Job Description
The Billing Analyst is responsible for preparing, validating, and issuing accurate customer invoices for armored transport services, cash-in-transit (CIT), cash processing, and other security logistics operations. The role ensures complete and timely billing, proper revenue recognition, and alignment between operational data and financial records. The Billing Analyst works closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and support efficient end‑to‑end billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing Preparation & Processing
Generate invoices for armored transport, CIT services, cash handling, safekeeping, and other related services.
Review service logs, trip sheets, client contracts, and route schedules to ensure billing accuracy.
Validate rates, surcharges, penalties, and special services based on approved contracts.
Ensure all billable trips and services are captured and invoiced on time.
