About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative BIM Architect to lead the design and BIM coordination for F&B outlets, retail spaces, and restaurant projects . The candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, functional, and visually appealing designs while ensuring efficient BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of BIM-based architectural designs for F&B and retail projects.
• Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
• Ensure design compliance with brand standards, operational requirements, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, MEP, project management) for seamless execution.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure quality control of BIM models and outputs.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
