Job Description

Our client is aglobal architecture & design practice with over 20 years of experience and
headquarters in Dubai. As part of its European expansion, the firm is opening a
new Design Studio in Barcelona, supporting a wide range of international projects—hospitality,
residential, mixed-use, cultural, corporate, and large-scale urban
developments.
 We are looking for a
BIM Architect (5–8 years) passionate about data driven design, automation and
digital delivery.
What will you do?
Manage BIM models (LOD 200–350) and coordinate
architecture/structure/MEP.
Run clash detection, ensure BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
compliance and contribute to construction-ready deliverables.
Automate workflows with Dynamo/Python and support
AI-based design tools.
Collaborate via cloud CDEs with multidisciplinary
global teams.
