BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic architectural practice. As a BIM Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all members of the project team are following the BIM Execution Plan and dhk BIM Best Practices. This includes making sure that everyone is using the right software, exchanging data regularly, and adhering to the model standards set forth in the plan. Additionally, you must be able to effectively communicate with all team members to keep everyone on track.
What You'll Do
Standards:
Be capable of implementing ISO19650 standards
Manage the creation and maintenance of BIM models on various projects
Implement BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful BIM integration
Update, develop and implement BIM standards, procedures and guidelines along with the BIM Manager
Provide support for plotting and electronic file submissions
