Experience: 3 – 10 Years

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator with 3–9 years of experience to support BIM and VDC project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong multidisciplinary modeling expertise across CSA and MEPF domains, with hands-on experience in industry-standard BIM tools.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

· Develop and coordinate BIM models across Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) disciplines using Revit.

· Interpret and extract information from PDF and CAD drawings to support accurate model development.

· Perform CAD cleanup and revisions to convert legacy or outdated drawings into BIM-ready formats.

· Support BIM and VDC workflows, including:

· Clash Detection

· Model Coordination

· Model Federation
