Job Description

                    Hong Kong Architecture Full time With a number of international healthcare-related projects in the pipeline, this bustling studio are recruiting for a BIM Coordinator to join their young, dynamic team. This role will be supporting the BIM Manager in coordination and also modelling if and when required. 
Coordination with BIM Modellers

Resolving Revit interface issues

Liasing with BIM Manager on Modelling and Documentation Updates

Set up (assist in setting up) Modelling and Documentation, Protocols and Coordinate with BIM modellers on Protocols

Assist in the creation/modification of Revit families (i.e. Doors, Windows)

Expertise in Documentation (General Arrangement Plans and Annotations, Room Elevations, Wall Types, Pop-up Drawings, Fire Strategy Plan, Schedules, wall Protection Plan, Signage Plan)
 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 4 years a similar capacity

Degree/Diploma in Architecture...
