About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
BIM Coordinator (Civil & Structural)
to lead BIM management for a high-profile
Data Centre project
in
Sg. Buloh
.

The ideal candidate will oversee BIM workflows, ensure accurate model integration, and coordinate structural models across multiple teams for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all
  C&S BIM modelling activities
  for the project.
• Review, integrate, and validate structural models from consultants, contractors, and BIM modellers.
• Conduct
  clash detection
  and resolve conflicts with other disciplines (Architectural, M&E).
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with
  BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  and project standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, and design teams for design updates.
• Provide technical guidance to BIM modellers and support model revisions as required....
