About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
BIM Coordinator (M&E)
to lead and manage BIM activities for a high-performance
Data Centre project
in
Sg. Buloh
.

This role requires strong technical knowledge in Mechanical & Electrical systems, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage BIM workflows across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage all
  M&E BIM modelling activities
  for the project.
• Review and integrate BIM models from M&E consultants, contractors, and BIM modellers.
• Conduct
  clash detection
  , resolve coordination issues, and prepare clash reports.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with the
  BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  and project standards.
• Collaborate closely with Architectural and C&S teams to ensure seamless model integration.
• Provide technical guidance to BIM Modellers and support model updates or design changes...
