BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinates and leads BIM collaboration and clash detection initiatives during design and construction in a project according to the overall resources, timelines, and standards, in conjunction with the client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BIM deliverables and drawing production.
• Reviews and implements information sharing protocols.
• Provide technical orientation and software support for BIM & CAD software.
• Responsible for managing the overall project modelling strategies and BIM output through all delivery stages of the project.
• Responsible for organizing and directing the coordination across disciplines.
• Manage clash detection and VDR/VDC sessions.
• Check and validate drawings/models output.
• Liaison with software vendors and cloud service provides.
• Implement BIM 3D, 4D and 5D across the projects.
