Our client, a well-known A1 main contractor in the construction industry, is looking for candidates for the position of BIM Coordinator (MEP).

Responsibilities:

• Support BIM Manager to implement IDDEP for the assigned project.
• Execute BIM implementation processes as per agreed IDDEP.
• Manage and coordinate project BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM deliverables.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and processes across all project disciplines.
• Manage and maintain the central BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity.
• Conduct and lead regular VDC meeting with the participation of stakeholders for BIM model reviews to identify and resolve coordination challenges.
• Prepare and deliver BIM deliverables, such as BIM models, clash reports, asset data, 3D visualizations, etc.
