Job Title: BIM Coordinator
Purpose of the Job:
The BIM Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing the implementation and coordination of BIM processes and technologies across all project phases. This role ensures that BIM standards are maintained, models are accurate, and workflows align with project requirements and organizational goals. The BIM Coordinator will work closely with design teams, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to support the delivery of high-quality, data-rich digital models.
Guidance and authority:
The job holder is responsible to develops and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and implementation strategies in alignments with the industry practices. Advices on model structure, naming conventions, level of development (LOD), data requirements, and digital collaboration workflows.
