BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities
Manage and deliver a fully coordinated federated models in agreed formats
Assists BIM Manager in implementation of BIM
Assist BIM Manager to update and revise BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
Ensure BIM Models are modelled with correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM base quantification and 4D simulation
Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements
Use of BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability and as-built documentation
Monitor modelling/update drawings/inform Project Manager on any changes
Interpret Architectural, Structural and M&E Drawing
Perform clash checks
Perform QC before release and exchange of BIM Models
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractor, supplier and all parties w.r.t BIM matters
