BIM Coordinator

Purpose The BIM Coordinator is a highly skilled and proactive professional who aids in driving the successful implementation and compliance of all system and processes across corporate BIM projects, including integration with CoreNET X system requirements. This pivotal role involves executing project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) to achieve BIM/VDC/IDD goals, leading, organizing and participating in coordination meetings, and meticulously managing clash detections/reports to ensure timely resolution of design and construction conflicts, particularly those impacting CoreNET X compliance. The BIM Coordinator is also responsible for producing high-quality, CoreNET X compliant BIM deliverables that meet LOD/LOIN specifications, performing rigorous QA and QC on models and documentations against Singapore's BIM standards, and maintaining robust version control and file management on CDE platforms in alignment with CoreNET X.
