Job Description

                    Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with the project team on BIM modelling development, ensuring the BIM model accurately reflects the Architect’s design intent and incorporates the latest design updates. 
Update and maintain Architecture BIM models, ensuring they align with the most recent design changes. 
Provide proficient BIM technical support for office-wide projects, including troubleshooting, BIM model assistance, documentation support, and family creation/maintenance for projects. Ensure final documentation follows submission and tender quality standards. 
Understand Singapore’s BIM submission requirements and assist the team in updating BIM documentation to meet these standards. 
Coordinate with architects and consultants from other disciplines, including organising coordination meetings and tracking design issues within the BIM model. Generate reports based on project requirements or instructions and assist with BIM in...
