BIM Engineer

The BIM Engineer is responsible in supporting the design, modeling, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a variety of building projects. This role bridges the gap between junior technicians and senior coordinators, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to project delivery, digital workflows, and innovation in BIM practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 year of experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
• Experience with clash detection software (e.g., Navisworks or similar) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
