BIM ENGINEER (Data Center)

Job Summary

The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for Data Center projects. This role supports design coordination, construction execution, clash detection, and as‑built documentation, ensuring all models comply with project requirements, standards, and site conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop BIM models for Data Center systems, including Mechanical (HVAC, Chiller, CRAH/CRAC), Electrical (LV/MV, UPS, Generator, Cable Tray), ELV / IT (Structured Cabling, Fiber, Network Pathways), and Plumbing / Drainage (if applicable).
• Produce 3D coordinated models in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve clashes and design conflicts.
