BIM Engineer - MEP (Aquatic)

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–7 years of BIM experience on high-end projects, including a coordination role across MEP, aquatic, or spa design projects.
• Experience in thermal cabin or spa design, swimming pool, or water feature projects is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience leading multi-site production teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, BIM 360/ACC, and Navisworks; experience with Dynamo scripting is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 workflows, BEP development, LOD definitions, QA/QC auditing, and regional authority BIM mandates.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, BIM, or a related discipline. Autodesk Professional Certification or CM-BIM accreditation preferred.
