Job Scope / Responsibilities

• BIM Model Development
• Develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure models reflect design intent, specifications, and construction details at the required Level of Development (LOD).
• Model Coordination & Clash Detection
• Coordinate BIM models across all disciplines to ensure consistency and integration.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools, identify conflicts, and support resolution with relevant teams.
• Drawing & Schedule Production
• Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and schedules directly from BIM models.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and comply with project standards and timelines.
• BIM Standards & Data Management
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, naming conventions, and data requirements.
