BIM Engineer

Responsible for leading the implementation of BIM workflows and processes within a project or organization.

Able to handle Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) meetings which are Internal and Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) to work collectively and in parallel to resolve identified design and construction issues instantly using BIM models and to mitigate the latency in decision making and responses.

Coordinate with Consultants (AR/ST), System-Wide Contractors (SWC) & Sub-Contractors (MEP) within the project and the interfacing parties to ensure discipline-specific design and construction conflicts found in the clash detection analysis, have been identified, resolved, and rectified.

Using Navisworks to generate the Clash Detection Report and Bim Collab to enhance the report progress.
