BIM Lead / Senior Specialist (Signage & Wayfinding)

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented BIM Lead / Senior Specialist specializing in Signage and Wayfinding to drive our digital construction and modeling workflows. In this role, you will bridge the gap between large-scale architectural structures and high-precision visual communication assets. Depending on your experience tier, you will act as both a hands‑on author of data-rich models and a technical coordinator—translating 2D graphic design concepts into clash-free, fabrication-ready 3D models that seamlessly integrate with structural, architectural, and MEP systems.

• Model Authoring: Build and audit highly detailed BIM models for all signage typologies (e.g., wayfinding directories, lightboxes, totems, claddings, and digital displays) using Autodesk Revit.
