BIM Lead

Matchtech is supporting a key client with the requisition of a BIM Lead to join their Rail & Transit, Transportation Systems team in a permanent role. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital backbone of transformative transit projects within the GTA and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and implement the project-wide BIM strategy aligned with client requirements and lifecycle needs
• Oversee digital design systems, including ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Develop and enforce the Design BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM Uses
• Provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring consistent application of Civil 3D, Revit, and best practices
• Collaborate with Construction BIM teams to align digital delivery workflows
• Monitor Design BIM team performance and report insights, risks, and improvement opportunities
