Job Responsibilities The BIM Manager is a professional responsible for management of the project Building Information Model, and for using BIM models / data to support the remainder of the MBS Development & Project Management team. BIM Manager will also act as an interface for the Design Team members' and Contractors' relevant BIM specialists/coordinators/operators in alignment with MBS requirements. Essential Duties Consultant / Contractor Procurement and Change Management Assist Senior BIM manager in evaluating and informing responses to technical Queries regarding BIM throughout the Tender and award process. Serve as an interface for Design Team members' and Contractors' relevant BIM specialists for resolving technical questions or concerns related to relevant sections of MBS BIM protocols and requirements.
