About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Manager to lead Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts on a mission-critical Data Center project . This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful digital delivery of complex infrastructure through advanced BIM methodologies, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in alignment with the data center standards and project delivery protocols.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and manage clash detection processes using tools such as Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Ensure model accuracy, integrity, and compliance with LOD requirements across all disciplines (MEP, architectural, structural, civil).
