BIM Manager

• Maintain BIM implementation plan, process and workflow to ensure BIM data meets project deliverables
• Assist project team in BIM Project setup, project work modelling and detailing
• Manage and distribute project construction phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules
• Manage BIM Standards development, implementation, enforcement, modelling workflow and methodologies
• Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all construction / shop drawings produced
• Liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, project team, subcontractors and relevant statutory bodies

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 -7 years of working experience in Building & Construction in HDB (BTO) project
• Familiar with the latest versions of Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant software applications
