Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a design consultancy working on large-scale, complex Architectural and Interior projects . We are looking for a BIM Manager to lead design delivery, coordination, and team mentoring.
Role Snapshot
Define and stipulate Revit-based coordination and delivery processes across projects
Create and maintain Revit standards, templates, modelling, drawing & printing protocols
Formalise stage-wise deliverables and BIM standards for consultants and vendors
Develop and manage common & vertical-specific Revit families for architecture and interiors
Study existing documentation workflows and introduce automation/scripting to eliminate repetitive tasks and errors
Drive BIM implementation across verticals , including project selection, BEP creation, awareness sessions, and handholding teams
Audit ongoing projects for BIM compliance, efficiency, and quality
Define ideal BIM resourcing models for projects...
