Project Assignment: Metro Manila Subway Project CP-103

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. BIM Manager for all disciplines (Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEPFS) with emphasis on MEPFS.
2. Manage and lead BIM Teams, develop and implement BIM Standards, collaborate and coordinate with other departments and subcontractors.
3. Creating, maintaining, and revising BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information using BIM Software (Autodesk Revit).
4. Determining and resolving clashes using Navisworks and producing clash reports.
5. Provide BIM deliverables for Construction and Documentation.
6. Develop BIM Models with precise parameters and attributes and ensure the quality of the models.
7. Follow BIM standards and guidelines and maintain high-quality output on BIM deliverables.
8. Upgrade the current BIM model LOD 300 from 350 to 500.
