BIM Manager / Revit Coordinator

BIM Manager / Revit Coordinator (LOD 300+) (Onsite 1 month) • Own BIM execution plan and multi-discipline coordination using Revit (LOD ≥ 300). • Convert as-is conditions into updated as-built drawings suitable for design development. • Manage model federation and clash detection across architectural, structural, MEP, and ELV. • Enforce naming conventions, model versioning, and deliverable standards. • Coordinate drawing extraction, annotation standards, and construction-ready documentation. • Ensure all areas/spaces required by the SoW are covered in the model scope. • Support integration of CAD schematics (SLDs, layouts) into BIM documentation sets. • Facilitate review workshops with stakeholders using BIM visuals for decision clarity. • Provide quantity take-off support and inputs for BoQ development where applicable. • Maintain issue logs for model clashes and coordinate resolution with discipline leads. • Ensure deliverables are packaged for client review, approvals, and downstrea...
