BIM Manager

BIM Manager Salary range of $5k-$7k skills/requirements - Must have HDB project experience as a BIM Modeler / Coordinator, Must be proficient with Autodesk solution suite - Revit, Navisworks and ACC, Able to communicate effectively in English and have good presentation skills, know how to manage a team. will be handling a team of 3-4 BIM Coordinators in SG and liaising with BIM Modelling team of 10-12 modelers in India.
Work hours/ working days 44hrs per week divided in 5 or 5.5 working days depending on project requirements. Timing between 9am-7pm Mon-Fri. as sometimes have meeting till 7pm. Timing depend on client, generally is 8-6 Mon- Thurs 8-5 Fri.
No hybrid arrangement. Must work from HQ (Ubi Techpark) and go to client site meetings HQ based Sites are located at Tampines, Simei, Woodlands and Toa Payoh, will be handling one of the projects so will be base on one area will work with projects in our HQ and also b BIM Manager
