BIM Manager

Responsibilities
Be main point of contact to liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractor and all relevant parties w.r.t BIM matters
Establish and implement BIM execution plan and be responsible for the development, implementation and management of BIM processes for all disciplines
Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows and assets in accordance with BCA specifications and BIM requirement
Lead a team of BIM coordinators / modelers including M&E subcontractor representation for all disciplines
Manage and enforce quality control /quality assurance / BIM documentation for adherence to established standards / guides
Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data to meet project deliverable requirements.
Schedule and chair BIM technical meetings with lead BIM technicians
Work with project team to facilitate review using BIM models and relevant analysis
