BIM Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Revit for mechanical and electrical systems, extensive experience in electro-mechanical design, and solid knowledge of international design codes. The candidate should be capable of working on complex engineering projects and can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, model, and coordinate mechanical systems using Autodesk Revit.
Create and manage electrical models within BIM environment.
Prepare detailed electro-mechanical drawings and documentation.
Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards such as MOMRA, SBC 2018, ACI, and other relevant codes.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and MEP).
Review and produce detailed electrical and mechanical design drawings.
Perform clash detection and model coordination.
