BIM Modeler – Job Description

1. BIM Software Proficiency

• Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks, or equivalent tools.
• Familiar with related platforms including Autodesk BIM 360, Trimble SketchUp, and Bentley Systems products.

2. Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of CAD principles and drafting standards.
• Skilled in parametric and 3D modeling techniques.
• Ability to create, modify, and manage complex BIM models for building and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of data interoperability and file exchange formats such as IFC (Industry Foundation Classes).

3. Building and Construction Knowledge

• Solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems and their integration within BIM environments.
• Familiar with construction methodologies, sequencing, and applicable industry standards and codes.
