BIM Modeler

·       Produce accurate and coordinated MEP BIM models and drawings in accordance with project requirements.

·       Support Lead BIM Modeler and BIM Coordinators in delivering BIM objectives across design and construction stages.

·       Participate in BIM coordination activities to resolve clashes and constructability issues.

·       Ensure BIM outputs align with project BEP, standards, and quality requirements.

·       Maintain model accuracy through regular updates based on design development and site inputs.

·       BIM Modelling & Documentation

o    Develop and maintain MEP BIM models for data center projects using Autodesk Revit.

o    Produce coordinated design drawings, shop drawings, and as‑built documentation.

o    Model to the required Level of Development (LOD) as defined in the project BEP.
