• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks), strong technical drafting skills, and project coordination abilities.
• Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with possible site visits to assess project requirements.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, problem-solver, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Graduate of BS Architecture, Civil/Architectural, Drafting Technology, or related field.
• 1-6 experience in Revit modeling for Structural, Architectural, and MEPFS.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and SketchUp.
