BIM Modeler (Electrical Discipline)

Job description:

• BIM Modeler for Electrical Discipline with emphasis on MEPFS.
• Creating, maintaining, and revising BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information using BIM Software (Autodesk Revit).
• Determining and resolving clashes using Navisworks and can produce clash reports.
• Provides BIM deliverables for Construction and Documentation.
• Develop the BIM Models with precise parameters and attributes and ensure the quality of the models.
• Follows BIM standards and guidelines and maintains good quality output on BIM deliverables.
• Can be able to upgrade the current BIM model LOD 300 from 350 to 500.

Job requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical ).
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (preferably in MEP), AutoCad, Civil 3D, or other BIM software.
