BIM Modeler – Fire Rated Doors & Joinery

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler specialized in fire rated doors, steel doors, wooden doors, windows, and joinery products for projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Revit/BIM coordination and an understanding of passive fire protection systems and UAE Civil Defence requirements.

• Develop detailed BIM models for fire doors, steel doors, wooden doors, windows and joinery systems
• Coordinate with design, technical and project teams to ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations
• Prepare accurate shop drawings, as-built drawings and installation drawings
• Collaborate on project submittals, material approvals and design documentation
• Ensure BIM models integrate seamlessly with other project disciplines
