BIM Modeler

A. Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models in accordance with approved construction drawings
• Update, maintain, and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit (Architectural/ Structure/ MEP).
• Produce shop drawings directly from Revit models and, where required, with support from AutoCAD.
• Identify discrepancies, and document issues for RFI within BIM models and 2D drawings.
• Ensure all BIM outputs comply with project specifications, company standards, and construction methodologies.
• Support site and construction teams by providing updated 3D models and 2D drawings/details as required.

B. Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a BIM Modeler in building or construction projects. Fresh graduates with strong software skills are welcome to apply.
