3D Model Creation & Management
Develop detailed 3D models of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems using BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks). Update and maintain models according to project changes and revisions.
Coordination & Clash Detection
Perform clash detection and coordination between different disciplines to prevent design conflicts. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve conflicts in the model before construction.
