BIM Modeler

Role Description

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop construction drawings, and incorporating Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems into models.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create Building Information Model (BIM) from LOD 200 to LOD 500
• Creating simple parametric families, utilizing shared parameters, creating schedules, and creating complex geometry.
• Provide shop drawings from BIM in accordance with the deliverable list.
• Understanding of 3D coordination with other trades.
• Collect redlined IFC/drawings from COD prior to as-built preparation (LOD 500)
• Assist in the consolidation of clash reports, and material presentations.
