BIM Modeler

We are looking for a skilled and forward‑thinking
BIM Modeler (UD2 AR)
to support our architectural and project teams in delivering high‑quality BIM outputs for township and large‑scale developments. This role requires strong technical expertise in BIM platforms, a deep understanding of architectural design workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement
  BIM strategies, workflows, and requirements
  for township and large-scale architectural projects.
• Plan, manage, and maintain
  3D BIM data
  , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project deliverables and standards.
• Coordinate with Engineers/Managers in-charge and prepare
  submission drawings
  for regulatory authorities.
• Produce
  architectural tender drawings
  and detailed BIM models in both
  2D and 3D formats
  using software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD....
