BIM Modeler

Job Description

• Establish BIM implementation strategy, requirements, process, workflow and needs for township projects.
• Plan, manage and maintain the 3D BIM data and complexity of content to meet project deliverable requirements.
• Liaise with Engineer/Manager in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/ approval.
• Prepare architectural tender drawings in 2D and 3D format/BIM architectural model (e.g. Using AutoCAD and latest Autodesk Revit or ArchiCAD application)
• Optimize design and downstream construction processes through the implementation of BIM and VDC concepts beyond 3D modelling and conflict resolution.
• Engage project teams to innovate and leverage advanced tools to solve project problems.

Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of advanced and progressive BIM technologies with hands-on experience in the architectural discipline
