Bim Modeler (M&E)

This role focuses on preparing and developing BIM models for M&E systems, ensuring high quality and project alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models for M&E systems.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to avoid clashes on 3D models.
• Comply with deliverable deadlines set by the team leader.
• Maintain proper system, layers, filters, and Revit families in accordance with the template (BEP).
• Set up templates on the M&E system, create architectural setups, and generate sheets as required.
• Liaise with team leaders and engineers regarding project requirements, submissions, and other related matters.
