BIM Modeler MEP

This role requires a candidate with strong technical knowledge in electrical or mechanical systems. They should be able to design efficient and safe routes for cabling and ventilation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Working with Electrical, Architectural, Mechanical and Structural drawings to provide a fully coordinated electrical installation through the use of three-dimensional modeling

• Detailer will work closely with the project team to create installation drawings and work packets for prefabrication from the coordinated model for use in field installation

• Coordinate electrical room layouts, feeder routing and equipment clearances consistent with the NEC

• Maintaining document / drawing control procedures to ensure proper document / drawing creation, amendment, receiving, transmittal, recording and disposal as required by ISO procedures
