You will play a crucial role in our Engineering and Design department, utilizing your expertise in BIM modelling and design to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Create, update, and maintain architectural and structural BIM models using Revit.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical data to ensure accurate modeling.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other BIM team members to resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure models are compliant with project BIM standards, codes, and quality requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and reports extracted from BIM models.
• Support clash detection and participate in design coordination meetings.
• Maintain version control and document all model changes properly.
