POSITION: BIM MODELER

Job Description

A BIM Modeler is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for construction and infrastructure projects of ABELCON BUILDERS CORPORATION. The role supports design, coordination, quantity take-offs, and construction planning by producing high-quality 3D models and drawings in accordance with project standards and BIM execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models (Architectural, Structural, or MEP) using BIM software
• Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, and schedules extracted from BIM models
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes
• Ensure models meet required Level of Development (LOD) and project standards
• Update and manage models throughout design and construction phases
• Support quantity take-offs and material schedules
