BIM Modeler

• As a BIM Modeler mechanical, you are responsible for translating the customer's needs into a functional design in a technical elaboration. Calculating and constructing an installation consisting of specialized and complex assemblies. You will directly work together with an engineer who will guide you through the work.

Drafting is the biggest part of the work.

• Can set up, analyze, and coordinate a building model which contains (re)usable data.
• Test technical data for conformity with the specifications stated in the contract document (e.g. technical principles, BIM protocol, BIM implementation plan, etc.).
• Perform activities related to the model-technical elaboration of the installations according to the received specifications of the projects assigned to the project team.
• Quality check of model and model data in accordance with the contract.
