BIM Modeler

This is a full-time on-site role as a BIM Modeler at Prime365 Incorporated located in Taguig. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital representations of the physical and functional aspects of construction projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing BIM models, coordinating and collaborating with project teams, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of BIM data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate Architectural and Structural plans into BIM models.
• Create a detailed model to be used in the design and construction phase of projects.
• Support 3D MEPF Coordination.
• Prepare detailed plans, sheet architectural layout, and maintain and deliver record models.
