This is a full-time on-site role as a BIM Modeler at Prime365 Incorporated located in Taguig. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital representations of the physical and functional aspects of construction projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing BIM models, coordinating and collaborating with project teams, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of BIM data.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably graduate/undergraduate of engineering or technical drafting courses.
• Proven experience as an MEP Drafter or similar role. (1 year minimum)
• Proficient in Revit software and having knowledge of BIM LOD standards is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to office work in BGC.
• Work schedule, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
