BIM Modeler/Coordinator Responsibilities: Build 3D models and prepare shop drawings for authority submissions and construction using BIM software. Update 3D models with the latest information and ensure shop drawing accuracy. Monitor clashes and inform the Project Design Team. Support the Project Design Team in managing RFIs. Meet drawing submission schedules. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in local construction (preferably contractor firm). Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla, and MicroStation - AECOsim. Experienced in producing shop drawings. Able to work well both independently and in a team with minimal guidance. Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
